Our four promises

- Protect your privacy and your children’s confidentiality.
These are short on purpose. If you are unsure whether something fits, ask yourself whether you would say it to another parent standing in front of you.
If something is not right
You can report any post or reply from the menu on it, and choose a reason. You can also block any member. Blocking is quiet: the person you block is not told, and you simply stop seeing their posts.
What happens next
We read reports. Content that breaks these guidelines is removed, and members who break them may lose access to the community. We do not publicly name people who have been reported.
When you need more than a community
Village Square is made of other parents. It is not a crisis service, and members cannot give professional advice. If you are in danger, or thinking about harming yourself, please call 999, or contact Samaritans free on 116 123, any time.
